Alex Ramsay is a managing director of Fremont Group, a San Francisco-based private investment firm. Prior to joining Fremont Group, Mr. Ramsay was a principal at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, where he invested in credit and equity instruments globally. In his KKR tenure, Mr. Ramsay worked across multiple teams and four offices, including London, San Francisco, Menlo Park, and Hong Kong. Mr. Ramsay received his BA in history from Yale where he graduated cum laude, Academic All-Ivy, and as Captain led the Varsity Lightweight Crew to a National Championship. He also received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
