Parker joined the Foundation in 2015 as a Research Associate on the Organizational Effectiveness team. His responsibilities include supporting the Education and Environment program teams with grant analyses, providing research and policy analysis, and documenting the Foundation’s spend-down process. Parker previously worked at Mathematica Policy Research in the Survey and Information Systems Division. There he worked collaboratively on projects focused on policy research, program evaluation, and evaluation design and implementation. Notable clients included the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Heising-Simons Foundation, National Center for Special Education Research, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the USDA Food and Nutrition Service. Parker received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech.
