Barbara Cartier, Treasurer

Barbara Cartier

Barbara joined the Foundation in 2007, and she is the treasurer. In this role, she oversees the operations of the Foundation’s finance, accounting, and investment functions. She also assists with the Foundation’s spend-down planning. Prior to joining the Foundation, Barbara was an accounting manager at McKesson Corporation. She previously worked as an audit specialist with several public accounting firms. Barbara is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from California State University, Fullerton.
