Stanze Quezada, Associate Program Officer

Stanze joined the Foundation in 2015 and is an associate program officer in the Education Program. She works to support the STEM team around the implementation of the new math and science standards. She also served a one-year term as the co-chair of the Environmental Education Funders Collaborative. Prior to joining the Foundation, Stanze worked on the operations team at KIPP Bay Area Schools, where she managed a portfolio of six schools in the Bay Area on projects such as recruitment, enrollment, improving operational systems, and data management. Before that, she was a Teach For America corps member and taught 8th grade science at KIPP Ujima Village Academy in Baltimore. She received a Bachelor of Science in human nutrition, foods, and exercise from Virginia Tech and completed graduate work at Johns Hopkins University to receive her teaching certification.
