Amanda joined the Foundation in 2015 as a program administrator. Her work focuses on supporting the Foundation’s Education Team, by managing administrative tasks and coordinating team projects. Amanda brings with her several years of experience with educational nonprofits, as well as an MBA from San Francisco State University with an emphasis in Sustainability. During her master’s research, she examined ways for corporations to create ethical business plans for emerging markets, where the population makes less than a dollar a day. These plans would allow corporations to address socio-economic issues such as poverty and illiteracy, along with introducing useful products to these markets. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from San Francisco State University.
