Teri joined the Foundation in November of 2016 as the director of human resources and administration. In this role she uses her skills and experience to help Foundation staff members reach their full potential and do their best work. She comes to the Foundation as an independent HR and leadership consultant with over 25 years of experience leading human resources in a variety of organizations. Her most recent position was that of vice president of human resources in the wine and spirits industry. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Master of human resources and labor relations. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Northern Michigan University. Teri is very active in the communities in which she has lived, including past participation in Leadership Louisville, Leadership Mendocino, and Junior Achievement, and her current support of the Napa Valley Film Festival. She is a contributing author to three anthologies: Rethinking HR, Lessons in Leadership, and Cultivating Culture.
