Angelica Dongallo, Senior Grants Manager

Angelica Dongallo joined the Foundation in 2016 as a grants associate. She was previously the grants & programs associate for California Humanities – a non-profit state partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities – where she managed grantmaking workflows and provided support to grantees and program staff. She was also a leader of the Data Task Force, a nationwide grassroots-led effort by state humanities council staff to work collaboratively on developing and sharing best practices around data and evaluation in the public humanities. Prior to working at California Humanities, she managed film acquisitions and grantmaking for the Global Film Initiative in San Francisco.

Angelica serves on the board of the American Center of Philippine Arts and performed with Pilipino cultural dance troupe Kariktan Dance Company for more than ten years. Angelica holds a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications and a minor in global poverty and practice from the University of California, Berkeley.
